Ingredients
125gself raising wholemeal flour
½tspbaking powder
2tspground cinnamon
75gsultanas
50gbutter melted
2tspvanilla essence
1egg
1TbspMilk or Almond milk if preferred
3Bananas Ripe and mashed
Instructions
Mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sultanas in a bowl. Pour the cake mixture into prepared loaf tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes remove From the oven and allowed to cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
Then weigh the butter, vanilla essence, egg ,milk and mashed bananas and put them into another bowl.
Pour in the wet banana mix into the dry flour mix combine thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Prepare a loaf tin and pour the cake mixture.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes depending on your oven. Take out and allow to remove to cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
