When spring comes you will want brighter colours, short sleeves and easy-to-grab fitness gear. A real re-charge boost is to clear up your wardrobe and re-arrange it once and for all. Forget what your mother once told you, and create a system you can live with.
The queen of decluttering and tidying up is Marie Kondo. Her book is a NY Times #1 bestseller, and you only have to open page 1 to realise why. Her system is simple and void of rules. Her one tip is to surround yourself with things that give you joy. In itself, this is such a liberating thought. Spring clean your space, house and wardrobe so you can enjoy it.
Good energy comes from having cleared out the old – and the physical removal of things and clothes that you no longer need sparks a mental re-charge too.

With a new season you will want to take a look at your relationships. It’s easy to say that you want to get rid of your boss, or upgrade to wife/husband 2.0.

Spring Clean: White Month
Spring is a new season full of bright, new life and colour. It carries hope, and energy. If you really want to make a head start with your lifestyle change the best way to look at all your daily habits.
One habit that many choose to ignore is the alcohol, wine and beer. It sort of goes with a busy lifestyle and is socially required. Try this self assessment: How much do you drink?
If you think you might have overdone it boost your health by giving yourself a white month. Drink no alcohol — detox and give your whole body system a new lease on life — for at least a month.
The advantages come fast and furious as you can think clearly, go further and faster — and most of all find energy for much more than you thought possible. It’s a real health ride into the warmer months! Will Klingner wrote The Tea Lifestyle as a fun and helpful, light guide to detox from caffeine, sugar and alcohol. You will become a tea fan! And you will feel and look fab in the process!
Spring Clean: New You – Your Way
Lifestyle change comes from a fleeting thought that a change is needed. A decision then forms. Your way to success is setting mini-goals that you can achieve each day. There is no fast of strict rules that you must stick to. You set the pace. It’s a step-by step process which changes you from the inside out.
Spring is a nice time to start with small steps. It will be weeks before you see a change — but you will feel it! The reward is a feeling of accomplishment and real energy — life bouncing, joyful, happy wellness that will make you so much more able to deal with all that life has in store for you.
